Purchases and payment

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Payments are processed securely through trusted platforms.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received.


Shipping and delivery

  • All items are made to order so it takes a little bit longer to process and ship. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your item. Delivery times vary based on location. 
  • Beans and Al is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or other unforeseen circumstances. 


Liability

  • Beans and Al are not responsible for improper use of our products, any allergic reaction to materials used (more details available upon request) or third party delays beyond our control. 


Privacy Policy


We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information without  your consent. 


Return and Refund Policy

Exchanges accepted within 30 days of receiving item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer if responsible for any loss in value. 


No exchanges will be accepted for custom orders.
